BRETTE IRISH TAPE RELEASE

Portland musician Brette Irish (No Aloha, Martha Stax) releases her first solo tape, CAPITAL CITIES

The tape is a collection of pop songs about experiences in Salem Oregon and Olympia Washington. It was written during a depression and follows themes of finding love in weird places, body image, sexism, and friendship

Brette will be joined on stage by Blake Ferrin (No Aloha), Nate Lown (Star Club, Martha Stax), Anaïs Genevieve (Cry Babe), and Ben Dahmes (Roselit Bone, Lee and the Bees).

With special guests Charlie Moses and tough boy

ANNA VO
Anna Vo is a radical educator, working for 8+ years in over 20 countries, with a focus on Inclusion, Refugee Support, Trauma-Informed Care, and Racial Justice. She is an editor of an internationally renowned publication for People of Color, a speaker, an artist, and a musician. She has toured and exhibited in Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, Croatia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and the States

KATIE PIATT
Katie Piatt is a celebrated Portland storyteller, with a MFA in performance. She is the December 2017 winner of Back Fence PDX: RUSSIAN ROULETTE, and the writer and performer of the one-person show MALE FRAGILITY: A Night of Rant & Reason with Katie Piatt
